Made it here to PCB. Only trouble in the trip was forgetting a co2 in my gear bag. The airline paged us overhead. Oh well live and learn. Staying at the shores of Panama about 1/2 mile down the beach. Nice place and there is a waffle house out front for Sunday!
The prerace meeting was a bust but I thought the beach talk was good and settled my nerves a bit. Stay in my box and race my race after mile 18 and all should be good. Easier said then done. Gotta go nap. Will put up a race report on Sunday.

Hey folks,
Just got the idea to organize a post race breakfast on Sunday? I need to get Patricia back to ATL by about 2:30pm for his flight, means we leave...about 9am or a little earlier. Call it 8am and we'll post where to meet, if you're up for it. Gina, we can bring a cold waffle and colder grits to you in the registration line :-)
